Job Description
We’re seeking an entry-level Data Analyst to support critical data infrastructure, reporting systems, and client deliverables across Slingwave’s analytics suite. In this role, you will maintain and enhance reporting solutions supporting Slingwave’s Agile Marketing Attribution (AMA) product; manage and validate digital advertising data across multiple platforms; support the development and evolution of dashboards, reporting workflows, and data pipelines; collaborate with senior analytics team members to ensure accurate, timely, and actionable client deliverables; and serve as the primary manager of Slingwave’s client reporting portal. Key Responsibilities
Manage & Validate Client Reporting: Support core reporting that powers Slingwave’s Agile Marketing Attribution (AMA) platform. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality control across recurring client deliverables.
Work with Marketing & Advertising Data: Manage data from Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360, and related platforms. Integrate data via Supermetrics connectors, direct API integrations, BigQuery Data Transfers, and other sources. Troubleshoot discrepancies and maintain clean data pipelines
Support Data Infrastructure Enhancements: Collaborate with teammates and external contractors to design and implement infrastructure improvements. Help document processes and maintain scalable reporting workflows
Deliver Media Performance Insights: Assist in producing holistic media performance reporting. Support ad-hoc analyses to diagnose business challenges and improve marketing effectiveness
Manage Slingwave’s Client Portal: Serve as the single point of contact for Slingwave’s online client portal/ Upload reports and documentation. Manage alerts and notifications. Recommend feature enhancements to improve the client experience
Required Skills
Educational Background: Undergraduate degree in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, or similar)
Technical Skills: Familiarity with at least one programming language (R, Python, SQL, or similar). Experience working with spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel). Exposure to marketing or advertising data platforms is a plus.
Analytical Mindset: Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Interest in marketing analytics and performance measurement. Ability to think critically about business and media performance data.
Organizational & Communication Skills: Ability to multitask and manage multiple reporting workflows. Strong documentation habits. Comfortable working collaboratively in a remote, cross-time-zone environment.
Bonus Qualifications: Experience with automation tools or workflow optimization. Exposure to BigQuery or cloud-based data environments.
