Slingwave is seeking a Sr. Customer Success Manager to lead at the intersection of media performance, customer strategy, and data-driven marketing. In this role, you’ll guide brand and agency clients through Slingwave’s analytics, attribution, and media activation solutions—ensuring they get full value from our platform and services.

You’ll serve as a player-coach: owning strategic accounts, helping customers apply insights to media strategy, and mentoring a small but growing team of account managers and analysts. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Media Execution to drive platform adoption, innovation, and measurable outcomes.

Required Skills
Serve as the senior point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market clients across verticals
Translate Slingwave insights into actionable media strategies and optimization plans
Collaborate with CMOs, Heads of Marketing, and Analytics leaders to define KPIs, experiments, and channel mix
Lead customer onboarding, training, and platform adoption efforts across both SaaS and services engagements
Mentor and help grow a high-performing team of account managers and analysts
Contribute to the development of customer success processes, playbooks, and reporting frameworks
Partner with Product and Engineering to represent customer needs and shape the roadmap
Ensure media activation aligns to business goals across Amazon Ads, Amazon DSP, Google Ads, Meta, DV360, TikTok, and emerging platforms
Position Details
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of experience across customer success, media strategy, or analytics-driven marketing
Demonstrated ability to manage high-value clients and coordinate cross-functional initiatives
Strong knowledge of attribution models, experimentation frameworks, and media performance metrics
Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads, Amazon DSP, Google Ads (Search, PMax, YouTube), Meta, TikTok, and other key media platforms
Ability to coach team members, contribute to hiring, and scale a customer success function
Strong communicator and project manager—organized, proactive, and outcomes-focused
Familiarity with data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, etc.) a plus
